Key Responsibilities: To develop leading, differentiated and technologically sophisticated metalworking fluids for the global market in line with our growth objectives. He/ she should have Prior experience in formulating Metal working fluids. Good knowledge of all relevant test methods for Metalworking Fluids. Responsible for the Developing new customer, execution, documentation, and reporting of development projects with Principle. To provide technical service to customer Application knowledge, trials & complaint handling pertaining to customers, communicating between customer & principle. Compile and organize reports to track new product development work, competitors sample analyses, field sample reports and related documents. Formulating product as per customer requirement in LAB / Application LAB. Qualifications: Education level: - BE Chemical or B tech/ MSc. Experience - 3 + years Person should be aware of Metal working Fluids & Lubricants. Having exposure of Industrial Lubricants (MWF).

In terms of qualifications, you should meet the following criteria: - Education level: BE Chemical or B Tech/MSc. - Experience: 3+ years with a strong awareness of metalworking fluids and lubricants. - Exposure to industrial lubricants (MWF) will be an added advantage.
