Technical Architect

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and creative Architect for Industry: Real Estate / Infrastructure / Construction . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing residential and commercial real estate projects, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring design excellence from concept to execution. Key Responsibilities: Prepare architectural concepts, layouts, and working drawings Design aesthetically pleasing and functionally efficient spaces Coordinate with civil, structural, MEP, and interior design teams Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and bylaws Conduct site visits to oversee construction and design implementation Collaborate with clients, contractors, and consultants Prepare BOQs, project timelines, and presentation materials Review and approve architectural drawings and design documents Key Skills: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or similar software MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Good understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and legal codes Site supervision and coordination Strong visualization and presentation skills Creative and detail-oriented Knowledge of sustainable and green building practices is a plus Desired Candidate Profile: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch); M.Arch preferred 2–5 years of experience in real estate or infrastructure sector Registered with Council of Architecture (COA) preferred Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills Strong portfolio of completed projects (required during interview) Perks and Benefits: Competitive salary Opportunity to work on landmark projects Exposure to all stages of project development Collaborative work environment Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 9335218666 Application Deadline: 24/06/2025
