🔍 Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Analyst Trainee to join our e-commerce technology team. As a trainee, you will support the planning, analysis, and implementation of digital commerce solutions for B2B and B2C clients. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience working on live e-commerce platforms, including Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce, and custom-built systems.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

Assist in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements for e-commerce projects

Support the analysis of workflows, system behavior, and user interactions across web and mobile platforms

Help test e-commerce functionalities including checkout, cart, payment gateways, and third-party integrations

Coordinate with development, UI/UX, and QA teams to track technical tasks and updates

Document process flows, system configurations, and issue logs

Research e-commerce trends, features, and best practices to support product improvement

Participate in sprint meetings and project reviews

✅ Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree (completed or in progress) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Technology, or a related field

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), databases, and APIs

Familiarity with any e-commerce platforms (Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce) is a plus

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment

🎯 Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):

Knowledge of Agile/Scrum project methodology

Exposure to tools like Jira, Trello, or Confluence

Basic experience with tools like Postman, Google Analytics, or SEO plugins
