Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by engaging with potential clients and existing customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions that meet their operational needs.
  • Present, demonstrate, and explain products, systems, and services effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and presentations aligned with client needs and business goals.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to communicate customer feedback and suggest improvements.
  • Assist customers during pre-sales, installation, and after-sales stages, ensuring technical concerns are addressed promptly.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements to achieve both customer satisfaction and profitability.
  • Maintain records of sales, leads, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to enhance sales strategies.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets, contributing to the company’s growth objectives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related disciplines).
  • Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in industries like lubricants, machinery, or industrial equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of technical products, engineering concepts, and application-based solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.
  • Customer-oriented approach with problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with industrial clients and large-scale projects.
  • Understanding of market trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simplified manner.
  • Certifications or training in sales methodologies and technical processes.
