You are a motivated and customer-focused individual joining our team as a Customer Technical Support Representative. Your primary responsibility will be to resolve technical issues, offer product-related assistance, and ensure a positive customer experience. You will respond to customer queries through phone, email, or chat promptly and professionally. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to software, hardware, or products will be a key part of your role. You will guide users with step-by-step solutions, provide technical documentation, and escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams when needed. Additionally, you will document support interactions accurately in the CRM system, assist in product testing, and offer feedback to the development team for enhancements. Ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining a helpful and solution-oriented approach is crucial. As for the requirements, you should have a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential. A basic understanding of computer systems, networking, or relevant technical areas is required. You must be able to stay calm and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment and be willing to work in shifts, including weekends if necessary. Preferred skills for this role include prior experience in customer service or technical support, familiarity with CRM tools and ticketing systems, and multilingual abilities, which are a plus.,
