We are seeking dynamic and motivated Tech Sales Executives to drive business development in government IT projects. The role requires strong client engagement, proposal management, and solution-selling skills to promote our IT solutions and services to government departments and agencies.
Identify and pursue business opportunities in government IT projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key government stakeholders and decision-makers.
Understand client requirements and align them with suitable IT solutions.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and bids for government tenders/RFPs.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to organizational growth.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions.
Collaborate with internal teams (technical, project, and operations) to ensure client satisfaction.
Stay updated on government procurement processes, IT policies, and market trends.
Education: B.Tech (preferred), MBA/other relevant qualifications will be an advantage.
Experience: 3–7 years in Government/Enterprise IT Sales or handling government IT projects.
Strong understanding of government procurement processes, RFPs, and tenders.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
