Tech Sales Associate

You will be responsible for the following key areas: - **Brand Strategy:** Define and drive NoSkys (in-house) brand identity and growth roadmap. - **Tech & Market Insight:** Stay updated with industry trends in Cloud/IT/SaaS, understanding/knowledge of SMB and corporate segments. - **Team Leadership:** Manage cross-functional teams with strong communication and collaboration. - **Sales & Expansion:** Identify new market opportunities and support sales-driven growth initiatives. - **Process & Structure:** Build scalable, structured processes for brand execution and consistency. - **Representation:** Present brand vision to the team and leaders. To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements: - 5+ years of experience in tech, SaaS, or cloud ecosystems. - Experience in a related field (B.Tech + MBA/B. Tech preferred). - Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. - 3+ years of experience in team handling. - Exposure in handling the company's in-house brand.
