Job Description

As a Technical Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of sales operations. Your responsibilities will encompass the end-to-end management of inbound sales leads, from initial engagement to successful closure. In this position, you will craft compelling sales collateral, conduct competitive landscape research, and execute outbound and inbound sales strategies. You will negotiate and finalize sales contracts, pitch products to potential clients, and coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors. Your focus on professionalism and proactive debt recovery measures will contribute to seamless sales processes, fostering positive client relationships and supporting business growth. The Technical Sales Associate is a key player in the sales team, combining technical acumen with strategic thinking to achieve and exceed sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and prepare compelling sales collateral, including Request for Proposals (RFPs) and presentations. - Conduct thorough research on the competitive landscape to identify market trends and opportunities for differentiation. - Manage inbound sales leads from initiation to closure, ensuring a seamless customer experience. - Handle day-to-day sales operations, including scheduling meetings, drafting contracts, and collaborating with internal teams and third-party vendors. - Contribute to the development and execution of outbound and inbound sales strategies. - Collaborate effectively with third-party vendors and partner companies throughout the sales cycle. - Deliver compelling product pitches to potential clients and lead negotiations to finalize sales contracts. Skills and Experience Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - 1+ year of experience in B2B sales operations within tech startups, preferably in fintech and Mutual Funds space. - Prior experience in sales and pre-sales preferred. - Strong track record of achieving sales targets. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proven ability to close deals with the best interests of the company in mind.
