We are currently seeking individuals to join our team for the role of Inbound Technical Support Process for US Shift. As a Tech Support Associate, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls related to printer, router, and antivirus issues from customers. Your tasks will include diagnosing the problems, recommending suitable solutions, and offering technical support plans and relevant software to customers. To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in Outbound Tech Support. You should possess the ability to independently close calls, along with strong convincing and sales skills. Knowledge of BLUE SCREEN ERRORS and POP UP CALLS is essential, as well as experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to computers, printers, broadband, routers, emails, Mac, iPhone, and iPad. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 22,000 per month (fixed) with lucrative incentives. The shift timings are aligned with US timings, providing you with ample growth opportunities within the organization.
