Ideal Profile

1-3 years in technical recruitment in a fast-paced IT environment.
Experience sourcing via LinkedIn, Naukri, indeed.
Understand IT/tech roles and hiring trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions under tight deadlines.
Strong negotiation skills for salary discussions and offers.
Proficiency in ATS and HR tools is a plus.

Nice to Have

Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
