To know more, visit https://www.twidpay.com About the Role: We’re looking for a passionate and driven Tech Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. You’ll play a key role in building high-performing tech teams by identifying, engaging, and hiring top engineering and product talent. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and love building scalable hiring processes, this is for you. Key Responsibilities : Own end-to-end recruitment for tech roles – from JD finalization to offer closure. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, team dynamics, and ideal candidate profiles. Build robust sourcing pipelines using LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other creative channels. Screen and assess candidates for technical fit and culture alignment. Manage interview coordination, feedback loops, and candidate experience. Leverage data to track key hiring metrics and optimize funnel performance. Stay updated with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and tech hiring best practices. What You Bring : 4–5 years of experience in tech hiring, preferably in startups or high-growth environments. Strong understanding of engineering roles (backend, frontend, full-stack, DevOps, etc.) and related technologies. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
