Tech Recruiter

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Tech Recruiter to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work across various recrutiment functions, like sourcing, screening, employee engagement. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR databases are up-to-date.
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives, training, and performance management.
• Address employee queries related to policies, benefits, and company culture.
• Help in drafting HR policies, procedures, and compliance documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree graduate or currently pursuing in any field
• 0-2 years of experience in HR functions (internships or full-time roles).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (preferred).
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
