About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Tech Recruiter to support Jigya’s recruitment services business. The role involves managing end-to-end hiring for technical roles across levels (from engineers to leadership positions) for our portfolio of clients in technology and digital-first sec tors.You will be responsible for understanding client requirements, designing sourcing strategies, assessing candidate capabilities, and coordinating the hiring process to ensure a seamless experience for both clients and candid ates. Key Responsibi lities Client Coordi nation: Work closely with client stakeholders to understand role requirements, hiring priorities and tim elines.Job Posting & Ou treach: Draft and post job descriptions across relevant platforms and commu nities.Candidate So urcing: Identify and engage talent through platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, referral networks and direct ou treach.Screening & Asse ssment: Conduct initial evaluations and administer technical asse ssmentsShortlisting & Presen tation: Curate and share qualified candidates with structured notes and relevant assessmen t data.Interview Coordi nation: Liaise between clients and candidates to schedule interviews and track pr ogress.Pipeline & Process Mana gement: Maintain recruitment trackers, ensure timely feedback loops and follow-up communi cation. Requ irements 3–5 years of recruitment e xperience, with at least 2 years focused on te c h hiring.Proven ab ility to manage full-cycle recruitment for techni cal roles (Engineering, Product, Data, DevOps, Q A, etc.).Hands-on experie nce with assessm ent tools, sourcing tools and jo b boards.Strong communication and client-facing skills — comfortable interacting directly with hiring managers.Structured, data-driven approach to candidate evaluation and process tracking.Ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously while maintaining turnarou nd times.
