About The Role

We’re looking for an experienced

Technical Recruiter

who is passionate about finding and engaging top tech talent. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience hiring across multiple domains and managing end-to-end recruitment operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for roles in Python, AI, Java, React, and QA.
Manage and maintain recruitment trackers with accuracy and consistency.
Coordinate interviews, feedback, and candidate communications seamlessly.
Build strong relationships with hiring managers and ensure smooth hiring processes.
Work proactively to meet immediate and future hiring goals.

Requirements

3–4 years of experience in full-cycle technical recruitment.
Proven experience hiring for Python, AI, Java, React, and QA roles.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Excellent at multitasking and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Immediate joiners preferred.
