Key Responsibilities

Product & Requirement Management

• Engage directly with clients to understand business and technical requirements
• Convert requirements into

  PRDs, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria

• Define scope, milestones, timelines, and success metrics
• Manage and prioritize product backlogs

Project Planning & Execution

• Plan and manage projects from

  initiation to production release

• Create sprint plans, delivery schedules, and execution roadmaps
• Track progress, dependencies, risks, and blockers
• Ensure timely delivery with defined quality standards

UI/UX & Engineering Coordination

• Work closely with

  UI/UX designers

  to ensure designs are implementation-ready
• Coordinate with development teams to validate feasibility and estimates
• Ensure alignment between requirements, designs, and final builds
• Review outputs before client demos and releases

Stakeholder Communication

• Act as the primary point of contact for delivery-related discussions
• Run sprint ceremonies, reviews, demos, and retrospectives
• Provide clear status updates to clients and leadership
• Handle scope changes and expectation management

Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years experience as a

  Tech PM / Project Manager

• Strong understanding of

  web and mobile application development

• Experience working with

  Agile / Scrum

  methodologies
• Ability to understand APIs, system flows, and basic architecture
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
• Hands-on experience with

  Jira, ClickUp, Notion, Confluence, Figma
