🔹 Position: Full Stack Tech Lead

🔹 Experience: 6–8 Years

🔹 Location: Pune (Baner)

🔹 Work Mode: 5 Days | Office Opportunity

🔹 Immediate Joiners to 1month only✅

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

· Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience

· Experience with FastAPI, Django Ninja, or Temporal · Knowledge of advanced test automation frameworks.

· Proven track record as a Tech Lead or Senior Full Stack Engineer with leadership responsibilities

· Strong experience in backend development with Python and Django as well as modern frontend technologies (React, TypeScript)

· Experience in leading teams, including hiring, coaching, and mentoring engineers

· Hands-on experience with system design, REST API development, and microservices

· Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and modern DevOps practices

· Strong communication skills in English (German a plus) · Enthusiasm for clean code, automation, and sustainable engineering practices

· Passion for sustainability and motivation to contribute to the energy transition

· Familiarity with energy market processes and regulations
