Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled IT Tech Lead to guide our development teams, manage technical projects, and drive innovation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in software architecture, coding, and mentoring while ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software developers and engineers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and solutions.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance software architectures.
• Conduct regular code reviews to maintain coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide guidance to resolve them efficiently.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and integrate them into projects where appropriate.
• Ensure project deadlines are met while maintaining quality and performance benchmarks.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, project managers, and clients regarding technical progress and challenges.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a lead role.
• Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as .NET, Java, PHP, Python, or Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• In-depth knowledge of database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Prior experience managing client-facing projects.
