You will be sought out as an expert, enhancing Accenture's marketplace reputation. Your typical day will involve shaping Accenture and client strategy, using your deep technical expertise, business acumen, and fluid communication skills. You will work directly with clients in a trusted advisor relationship to gather requirements, analyze, design, and/or implement technology best practice business changes. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Manage and mentor junior professionals. Conduct regular team meetings to ensure alignment and progress. Identify and address any roadblocks or challenges faced by the team. Ensure timely delivery of projects and meet client expectations. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation. Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. Strong understanding of compensation management principles and practices. Experience in designing and implementing compensation programs. Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules and integration with other HR systems. Ability to analyze and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation. This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
