Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Lead and mentor junior team members in project delivery.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes. Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.- Strong understanding of HR processes and systems.- Experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors solutions.- Knowledge of data migration and integration processes.- Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing SAP SuccessFactors modules. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.- A 15 Years Continuous education is required.
