Job Description

Role Overview: As a Tech Customer Service Representative working with corporate accounts for Physical Security Systems, you will primarily focus on Access Control and CCTV systems. Your role will involve providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth functioning of security systems such as CCURE, Genetec, Lenel S2, and ExacqVision. Key Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer support for corporate accounts, resolving hardware issues and ensuring effective functioning of security systems - Collaborate with clients and security integrators to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues - Support team initiatives for upgrading security hardware/software infrastructure and process improvements - Conduct periodic audits on security systems/devices to ensure optimal performance - Coordinate with internal and external teams to address customer issues and ensure smooth system functionality Qualifications Required: - Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics, E&TC, or related fields - Fluency in English - Certification in Genetec or hands-on experience in commissioning & programming Genetec systems - Hands-on experience in configuring IP CCTV cameras, specifically AXIS hardware - 3-8 years of global customer-facing experience - Ability to multitask, manage shifting priorities, and meet deadlines - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Additional Company Details: N/A,
