The lead will be expected to assign & review tasks and oversee the completion of the requested deliverables They will be responsible for overseeing the shifts and supporting the teamPri y Duties & ResponsibilitiesTechnical Criteria:Minimum 5+ years experience in AV CAD DesignerClear understanding of AutoCAD Architectural, Wiring, Wire listing, Cable Schedule, and IP Spreadsheet with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsEnsuring the accuracy, functionality, and reliability of AV designs by conducting quality checks and evaluations Should be able to prepare & present reports for management independently or should have past experience in presenting reportsProficiency in CAD software for AV system designRecruitmentFilter candi with the recruitment team Guide in Round 1 selection of interviewsWill accompany the Team Manager/and or Functional Manager in interviews or represent them at timesOnboardingWork with L&D for a training plan, assessments, periodic learning interventionsProcess itoring, analysis & improvement Quality AssuranceProcessing lots of dataProactively suggesting and proposing enhancements based on Data insightsDay-to-day supervision of associatesOverall supervision on attendanceAssigning the projects to the right individuals and ensuring delivering on time Quality checksCoordinating with project leads for clarificationsResponding to general questions on Diversified, workplace, and policiesTime off and shift attendance managementScheduling Time/Shift attendanceOverseeing PTO and holiday approvals to ensure adequate coverageRepresentation of team for local activitiesRepresent and nominate team members for work and other activitiesCommunication and reportingReport to the Team manager/and or Functional ManagerAttend certain GCC functional team meetings along with the Team Manager/and or Functional ManagerOngoing talent managementWork with the employees to achieve their targets by guiding, removing hurdlesSetup the team KPI s and performance targetsConduct regular reviews and provide feedback to associatesBe the channel for associates to bring questions concerns, ideas to the organizationProvide data to ManagersPerformance reviewsLead and champion PMS with Team manager/and or Functional Manager and HREnsure reviews are filled, submitted, revie before submitting it to the Team manager/and or Functional ManagerPlay an active part in Rewards & RecognitionHR IssuesBe the champion on Employee Experience and EngagementWear the hat of the associate and the management for ision makingEducation / Certifications:Relevant experience in people managementCertification pertinent to technology area(s) of expertiseRequired/Desired Knowledge, Experience and Skills:Must have the ability to communicate regularly with the team in EnglishEffective leader who can facilitate a team conceptExcellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointSkilled in AutoCAD, Bluebeam REVU, and audiovisual engineeringAbility to communicate well with others remotely via video and audio conferencingExcellent problem-solving skillsAbility to work both independently and as a team member on various projectsMust be high energy, analytical, and detail orientedGood time management skills and ability to handle time deadline pressure Work Type Classification: HybridShift: 2 PM to 11 PM IST Location: Bengaluru
