- Watch and support trading systems to make sure they run smoothly in real time.- Fix technical issues related to networks, databases, messages, and applications.- Manage daily operations like deployments, upgrades, and system checks.- Handle incidents and outages, work with engineering teams, and keep systems healthy.- Improve reliability and processes by checking logs, preparing documentation, coordinating with teams, and suggesting better ways to work.Key Requirements :
- 5+ years of experience in production and application support, preferably in fintech or trading systems.- Strong skills in Python and working with Linux/Unix systems.- Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to stay calm under pressure during trading hours.
