Overview

Team Member – Quality Control (QC)

Key Responsibilities

Execute analytical testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished pharmaceutical products using techniques such as
HPLC, GC, UV, IR
, and
dissolution
Operate and maintain laboratory instruments, ensuring calibration and preventive maintenance are aligned with
SOPs
and
cGMP
protocols
Record and analyze results using
LIMS
,
SAP
, or equivalent systems; prepare and review Records of Analysis (ROA)
Investigate and report deviations—such as
OOS
or
OOT
—and support corrective action processes with documentation
Support stability studies, including sampling, trend analysis, and documentation of stability batches
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., QA, Production, Validation) to resolve quality-related issues

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in
Chemistry
,
Analytical Chemistry
,
B.Pharm
, or a related scientific discipline
3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech QC laboratories, with practical exposure to routine testing and instrumentation
