Job Description

The Officer – Operations will be responsible for research and content management, with complete knowledge of visa documentation (both online and offline) for countries such as the US, UK, Schengen Area, Australia, Canada, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Africa, etc. This includes updating accurate visa requirements in the system and tracking destination data. Additionally, the role requires strong communication skills to ensure the content is accurate, well-structured, and grammatically correct. The Officer will also be responsible for conducting quality checks on updated products in the system and ensuring proper mapping of pricing.

Visa Process & Platform Management

  • Must have a clear understanding of the visa process and requirements for various countries and nationalities.
  • complete understanding of the fulfillment platform, with accurate data and embassy/consulate checks required.
  • Updating content, including visa requirements, pricing, and forms, on the fulfillment platform.
  • Ensure new routes and visa requirements are continuously added to the VASCO online backend system, with verified data checks.
  • Check and update visa requirements and other information for existing routes in the system.
  • Complete understanding of the backend system to fulfill assigned tasks daily and provide updates to the team.Market Research & Route Management
  • Identify key routes for each new market; fortnightly checks are required to assess turnaround time for adding new routes.
  • Support the sales and operations teams with information required for new visa routes.
  • Conduct regular market research and track competitors' new routes and services.
  • Keep track of visa requirement updates and make necessary changes in the system and pricing.Compliance & Brand Protection
  • Ensure compliance with the company’s information security policies and procedures.
  • Protect VFS Global’s innovations, including business ideas, designs, technologies, processes, and products, through patents and copyrights.
  • Prepare copyright notes and liaise with attorneys as necessary.Business Strategy & Market Intelligence
  • Enhance the company profile and brand image through strategic initiatives and sustained business development efforts.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the business landscape, including market share and potential, and strategize to achieve business goals.
  • Conduct market intelligence activities to stay informed on industry trends, competition, and emerging opportunities. Environment, Social & Governance
  • Promote judicious use of natural resources.

  • Graduate or Global Equivalent DegreeExperience
  • 1-4 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in a Visa background is a must.
  • Excel knowledge.
