Team Member - Finance & Accounts

Purpose/Objective

This role is responsible for supporting financial control operations, including monitoring transactions, processing payments, and maintaining compliance with tax and reporting obligations.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Team Member - FC - E1 Financial Transactions & Compliance: - Monitor financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance. - Assist in tax filings and preparation of financial reports. - Support in preparing balance sheets and financial statements. Data Entry & Payment Processing: - Maintain financial records and ensure proper documentation. - Process payments and ensure accuracy in financial reconciliations. - Assist in resolving transactional discrepancies and inquiries. Audit & Reporting Support: - Assist in internal and external audits by providing required documentation. - Ensure adherence to internal financial policies and controls. - Support financial reporting for the family office and regulatory filings. KEY STAKEHOLDERS Internal Stakeholders: - Family office leadership - Group Founders and Family - Investment committees - Promoters - Internal Advisors - Internal Control External Stakeholders: - External Auditors - Regulatory Authorities - Government Authorities

Qualifications and Experience

Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in commerce with Finance/Accounting specialization. Work Experience: 5+ years of experience in financial control, accounting, or tax compliance.
