Team Manager - Production Support - 10+ years - Bangalore/Pune

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Team Manager with strong expertise in Production Support and Application Maintenance at an enterprise level. In this role, you will lead 247 support operations, manage SLAs/governance, drive change management, coordinate with onshore stakeholders, and ensure seamless and stable application operations across business-critical platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage day-to-day Production Support & Application Maintenance operations
  
• Act as the SPOC for customers and ensure SLA-driven service delivery for a 247 model
  
• Plan staffing, training and performance management for the support team
  
• Implement ITIL processes, manage change governance and ensure compliance
  
• Track and report SLAs, KPIs and benefits through weekly/monthly dashboards
  
• Drive vendor coordination, service improvement plans and platform integration initiatives
  
• Communicate effectively with business, technical and executive stakeholders
  

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in Application Maintenance/Production Support, with team management exposure
  
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes, SLA governance and change management
  
• Experience in service delivery reporting, dashboards and contract compliance
  
• Exposure to SharePoint/Power Apps/Power Automate is an added advantage
  
• Excellent stakeholder management, decision-making and communication skills
  
• Ability to work in global, deadline-driven and process-oriented environments
