Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Manager located in Jabalpur. The Team Manager will oversee daily operations, lead and motivate team members, ensure team performance aligns with company objectives, and manage workflow. The role involves monitoring and evaluating the team's performance, setting goals, and providing necessary training and development. The Team Manager will also handle administrative tasks, resolve conflicts, and communicate effectively with both the team and higher management.
