About the Role:

We’re looking for a high-performing Team Leader with hands-on experience in loan sales, DSA management, and team handling. If you’ve worked with companies like Policybazaar, Paisabazaar, BankBazaar, or NBFCs, and know how to drive disbursement targets through a motivated team — we want you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of loan executives and DSAs.
• Achieve business & disbursement targets across loan products (PL, BL, LAP, HL).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, NBFCs & lending partners.
• Ensure compliance, KYC adherence, and smooth loan processing.
• Drive new DSA tie-ups and business expansion initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

• 8–10 years of proven experience in loan/fintech sales.specially in real estate sector
• Strong understanding of loan products and DSA operations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation & leadership skills.
• Experience with Policybazaar, Paisabazaar, or similar platforms preferred.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Gurugram.
• Salary: upto 70k in hand
