Team Leader/Supervisor

As a Python Full Stack Developer Team Leader, you will be responsible for independently designing and building software solutions, while also leading a development team. Your strong technical expertise in both backend and frontend technologies, coupled with proven leadership abilities, will be crucial for this role. - Lead and guide a team of developers to deliver robust, scalable software solutions. - Develop and maintain backend systems using Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI. - Build responsive, user-friendly front-end applications using modern JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue. - Ensure code quality, version control, and efficient deployment practices. - Collaborate with other teams to define project requirements and technical architecture. - Mentor team members and promote best development practices. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer and Team Lead. - Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript (React/Angular/Vue). - Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB. - Good understanding of REST APIs, Git, and CI/CD pipelines. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
