Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Supervise and lead a team of agents to meet the targets. Monitor daily operations and performance metrics. Motivate and guide team members to improve productivity and efficiency. Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews. Resolve escalated issues and ensure excellent customer experience. Coordinate with other departments (marketing, logistics, product) for smooth workflow. Ensure compliance with internal processes and quality standards. Prepare and present reports on team performance to management. Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and mentoring of new team members. Maintain updated knowledge of Ayurvedic products and company offerings. Requirements: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a supervisory or team leader role (preferably in Ayurvedic/healthcare/FMCG sector) Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Excellent communication (verbal and written) in English and Hindi Target-oriented with a problem-solving mindset Proficient in MS Office and CRM software. Bachelor's degree in Business, Ayurveda, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred Key Skills: Team management & leadership Performance monitoring Communication & coordination Customer service excellence Time and task management Basic knowledge of Ayurvedic health products
