Job Summary

We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Team Leader to lead and motivate a team of [number] employees. You will manage daily operations, drive productivity, and ensure the team meets its goals, while maintaining high standards of quality and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Set clear daily/weekly/monthly goals and communicate them to the team
• Delegate tasks and monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met
• Train, mentor, coach, and develop team members
• Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and handle performance issues
• Resolve conflicts, address team morale, and maintain positive team culture
• Monitor and analiyze key metrics (productivity, quality, efficiency)
• Liaise with other departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and updates for senior management
• Identify process improvements and implement best practices
• Handle escalations, operational challenges, and ensure compliance with company policies

Qualifications & Skills

Must‑Haves

• Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience
• Proven experience (typically 2–5 years) in a leadership / supervisory role
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to motivate, mentor, and coach individuals
• Good organizational, planning, and multitasking skills
• Proficiency with standard office software (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Data‑driven mindset — comfortable with metrics, KPIs, analysis

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
