Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Team Leader to lead, coach, and manage a team to meet organizational goals. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide team members to achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
• Assign tasks and monitor performance through KPIs
• Provide regular coaching, feedback, and support
• Handle escalated issues and ensure timely resolution
• Coordinate with management and other departments for smooth operations
• Conduct team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews
• Motivate the team and foster a positive work environment
• Prepare reports on team performance and submit to upper management

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline
• Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving attitude and decision-making ability
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in MS Office or relevant software tools

Preferred Skills:

• Leadership certification (if any)
• Industry-specific knowledge (e.g., sales, customer service, operations)
