We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Team Leader to oversee, guide, and support a team in achieving operational and performance goals. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to foster collaboration and drive productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily activities of team members to ensure smooth operations and workflow.
• Set clear team goals, monitor progress, and evaluate performance.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to team members.
• Motivate the team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets.
• Delegate tasks and ensure all duties are carried out efficiently and accurately.
• Act as a point of contact between management and team members.
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, resolve issues, and gather feedback.
• Identify training needs and assist in upskilling staff.
• Handle escalated issues or customer concerns with professionalism.
• Maintain documentation, reports, and performance records.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in a team lead or supervisory role.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in MS Office and relevant industry software/tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,168.29 - ₹1,120,925.90 per year
