Experience: 2–6 years (with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role)

Qualification: Graduate in Business/Real Estate/Facility Management or related field

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader – Property Management to lead our property management team. The role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring tenant satisfaction, handling maintenance activities, vendor coordination, and guiding the property management staff. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, knowledge of real estate/property management, and the ability to deliver excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of property executives.

Oversee tenant relations, rent collection, and property inspections.

Coordinate with vendors/contractors for timely property maintenance.

Ensure compliance with lease agreements, legal requirements, and company policies.

Prepare reports on occupancy, revenue, and property performance.

Train and motivate team members for better service delivery.
