Job Description

As a Sales Manager for Trade Finance, your role involves managing the sales for a suite of Trade Finance products across various Banks clients in a specific location or region. Your primary objective is to achieve financial and productivity goals such as total revenue generation, net fee, and top-line impact on the business portfolio. Key Responsibilities: - Make decisions on both simple and complex issues within set timelines for yourself and your reporting teams. - Build and maintain trusting relationships within the organization to facilitate agreement and collaboration in day-to-day work. - Achieve financial and productivity targets related to total revenue generation, net fee, and top-line impact on the business portfolio. - Address trade finance requirements of clients by coordinating with operations and product teams. - Cross-sell trade and treasury products to existing customers. - Engage with clients through quality client meetings with both new and existing customers to identify business development opportunities. - Acquire new clients to grow the Trade finance business in collaboration with the SE/ME team in respective geographies through a focused industry approach.
