Job Description

You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day planning and operations of your team as a Team Leader at TaskUs. This includes ensuring that each team member delivers on their Service Level Agreement (SLA) and achieves their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Your role will involve coaching and managing your team members, conducting team huddles, coaching sessions, and recognizing weaknesses to offer solutions for improvement. By effectively managing your team, you will contribute to delivering a superior customer experience, which is the primary focus of your department. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the day-to-day planning and operations of your team - Ensure each team member meets their SLAs and KPIs - Coach and manage team members, conduct team huddles and coaching sessions - Recognize weaknesses and offer solutions for improvement - Create reports on team performance and document client feedback - Manage issues that may arise, including HR-related ones - Act as a liaison between management and your team Qualifications Required: - At least one (1) year of relevant Team Leader experience managing at least 10+ teammates in a customer support role within an outsourcing or similar company - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Above-average technical know-how - Previous experience in phone, email, and live chat customer support roles is a plus - Familiarity with E-Commerce, ZenDesk, or other CRM tools - Flexible and willing to work different shifts If you possess leadership skills, relevant experience in managing teams, and excellent communication skills, TaskUs invites you to apply for the Team Leader position.
