As a Learning Experience Leader at TaskUs, your role is crucial in creating and maintaining a positive and professional learning environment. Your responsibilities include: - Designing and expanding training and development programs - Ensuring that Foundation Skills Training aligns with Product Specific Training methodologies and initiatives - Creating and delivering end-user, partner, and distributor training, including curriculum, training, and exams - Delivering sufficiently technical preparatory training covering basic skill requirements - Motivating trainees through effective training - Continuously improving training programs and other learning opportunities - Amending and revising programs as necessary to adapt to changes in the work environment - Acting as the content expert and maintaining relevant training documents and materials - Creating effective induction programs - Monitoring and reviewing trainees' progress and discussing with managers - Ensuring statutory training requirements are met - Understanding E-learning techniques and potentially being involved in creating/delivering e-learning packages - Researching new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and presenting findings - Ensuring all trainees adhere to the company's Code of Conduct TaskUs values diversity, inclusivity, and equitable practices.
