Proven experience in learning experience design and development with a strong track record of success.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Familiarity with e-learning platforms, authoring tools, and content management systems.
A graduate degree is required for this position.
