Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Leader based in Bengaluru. The Team Leader will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, supervising team performance, and ensuring project milestones and deadlines are met. This role involves coordinating with various departments, resolving conflicts, and fostering a collaborative work environment to achieve organizational goals. The Team Leader will also be responsible for training and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and productivity.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
• Experience in project management and meeting deadlines
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Proficiency in using project management and collaboration tools
