ROLE DESCRIPTION

- Scan to BIM

Creating as-built BIM models using advanced software
Developing construction drawings for delivery to international clients US/UK/AUSTRALIA
Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success
Create, train & groom a pool of talent for the department

Day-to-Day Tasks

BIM modeling and detailing of structural/MEPF components
Collaborating with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Providing technical support and training to junior staff
Ability to create detailed and accurate Construction Drawings
Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Client interaction

Qualifications

Education
: Diploma/Graduate in Engineering or Architecture

Experience

Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Architecture
Successful delivery of international Scan to BIM projects with some knowledge in CAD to BIM modeling
Knowledge of Arch/Stru, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
Proven experience in team development from scratch for scan to BIM works
Familiarity with international delivery standards

Technical Skills

Proficient in REVIT, MICROSTATION, CYCLONE, and AUTOCAD
