ROLE DESCRIPTION

Sr BIM Modeler - Scan to BIM

Creating as-built BIM models using advanced scanning technology
Developing construction drawings for delivery to international clients US/UK/AUSTRALIA
Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success

Day-to-Day Tasks

BIM modeling and detailing of structural components
Collaborating with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Providing technical support and training to junior staff
Ability to create detailed and accurate Construction Drawings
Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Relevant experience in the construction or AECO industry

Qualifications

Education
: Diploma/Graduate in Engineering or Architecture

Experience

Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Architecture
Successful delivery of international Scan to BIM projects and CAD to BIM modeling
Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
Proven experience in team development from scratch
Familiarity with international delivery standards

Technical Skills

Proficient in REVIT, MICROSTATION, CYCLONE, and AUTOCAD
