Team Leader - Scan to BIM Modeling

As a Team Leader - Scan to BIM at BIMedge, your role will involve creating as-built BIM models using advanced software, developing construction drawings for international clients, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and training a talent pool within the department. Key Responsibilities: - Creating as-built BIM models using advanced software - Developing construction drawings for delivery to international clients US/UK/AUSTRALIA - Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success - Creating, training & grooming a pool of talent for the department Day-to-Day Tasks: - BIM modeling and detailing of structural/MEPF components - Collaborating with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle - Providing technical support and training to junior staff - Ability to create detailed and accurate Construction Drawings - Strong problem-solving and coordination skills - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Client interaction Qualifications: - Education: Diploma/Graduate in Engineering or Architecture Experience: - Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Architecture - Successful delivery of international Scan to BIM projects with some knowledge in CAD to BIM modeling - Knowledge of Arch/Stru, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems - Proven experience in team development from scratch for scan to BIM works - Familiarity with international delivery standards Technical Skills: - Proficient in REVIT, MICROSTATION, CYCLONE, and AUTOCAD Joining BIMedge offers a competitive compensation package and the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to transforming the future of BIM services.,
