Sales Team Leader

This is a leadership role ideal for professionals passionate about sales, mentoring, and travel business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 3–5 sales executives.
  • Set clear monthly and quarterly revenue goals for each team member.
  • Review sales pipelines, lead conversions, and client feedback weekly.
  • Train the team on sales techniques, destination knowledge, and CRM usage.

Business Development & Relationship Management

  • Develop strategic partnerships with travel agents, corporates, and vendors.
  • Represent Mellow Voyages in B2B forums, events, and travel trade fairs.
  • Drive new business opportunities across retail and group travel segments.

Operational & Reporting Excellence

  • Coordinate with the back-end operations team for smooth booking execution.
  • Ensure profitability in quotations and minimize booking errors.
  • Prepare sales performance reports and present branch reviews to management.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with focus on sales targets and profitability.
  • Ability to manage multi-product sales (B2C, B2B, Corporate).
  • Proficiency in CRM, Excel, and team performance tracking tools.
  • Self-driven, disciplined, and team-oriented.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Business, or Tourism.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales; 1–2 years in a team leadership role preferred.
  • Prior experience in the travel or hospitality industry is an advantage.
