Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business by identifying leads, following up on prospects, and closing sales.
• Assist clients in selecting the best travel packages (domestic and international) based on their needs and preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and ensuring their travel needs are met.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to maximize sales opportunities.
• Work closely with the sales team to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Support the sales process by preparing quotes, proposals, and itineraries.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Participate in marketing and promotional campaigns to increase visibility and generate leads.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
• A proactive approach to identifying sales opportunities and driving results.
• Knowledge of the travel industry is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• 2-4 years of experience in sales, ideally within the travel or hospitality industry.
• Motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
