Team Leader - Sales & Reservations

We’re looking for a dynamic B2B Sales & Reservation Team Leader to spearhead our efforts in both external business development and internal reservation operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the full B2B sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, proposal pitching, negotiation, and closure of enterprise deals
• Oversee reservation operations: respond to enquiries, manage bookings and cancellations across all channels, and maintain system accuracy
• Strategize to optimize revenue through upselling, rate control, and inventory management
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, operations, and product teams to align goals and streamline customer experience en.wizbii.com+12zettlor.com+12en.wizbii.com+12
• Monitor KPIs (e.g., lead conversion, booking volume, ADR), compile performance reports, and adjust plans based on analytics
• Handle customer escalations, VIP enquiries, and ensure best-in-class client satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years in B2B sales/reservation environments, with 2+ years in leadership roles.
• Proven Track Record: Consistently meeting/exceeding targets; strong client relationship and negotiation skills.
• Leadership Abilities: Skilled in hiring, coaching, motivating and developing teams.
• Analytical & Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM tools, performance dashboards, and data-driven decision-making.
• Communication Skills: Effective at presenting, writing proposals, and managing escalations.
• Process-Oriented: Excellent organizational skills to balance sales and booking operations simultaneously.
• Adaptable: Thrives in dynamic settings and proactive in identifying and implementing improvements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
