Team Leader - Sales

As an experienced and results-driven Sales Team Leader at Catalyst Education, your primary responsibility will be to lead our sales team towards achieving sales targets and driving business growth. You will play a crucial role in managing and mentoring a team of sales professionals, developing effective sales strategies, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Your key responsibilities will include leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals, developing and implementing sales strategies to boost business growth, mentoring and coaching team members to enhance their sales skills and performance, monitoring and analyzing sales performance to identify areas for improvement and taking corrective actions, building and nurturing strong relationships with customers to ensure outstanding customer service and satisfaction, collaborating with cross-functional teams such as marketing and customer service to drive successful business outcomes, and staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. To excel in this role, you should bring proven sales leadership experience, preferably in a similar industry, strong leadership and management skills to motivate and inspire your team, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and robust analytical and problem-solving abilities. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits like cell phone reimbursement and a performance bonus. The work schedule includes day and morning shifts, and the work location is in person.
