Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Team Leader to join our establishment. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supervising daily operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and fostering a positive work environment. This position requires a strong background in hospitality and food production, with an emphasis on team management and adherence to food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members within the kitchen or restaurant setting.
• Ensure that all food safety regulations are strictly followed to maintain high standards of hygiene and quality.
• Assist in the training and development of staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills in hospitality and food production.
• Manage daily operations, including inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment.
• Foster a collaborative team environment by encouraging open communication and teamwork among staff members.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of food items, ensuring consistency with established standards.
• Assist with bartending duties as needed, providing excellent service to guests.

Skills

• Proven experience in supervising teams within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food production processes, and food safety regulations.
• Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with team members and customers.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience in bartending is an advantage but not essential.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organisational skills.
