Position– Team Leader

Exciting Opportunity in Madhya Pradesh for a Team Leader in Renewable Energy!

We have an 18-month position available in Madhya Pradesh, with coordination responsibilities across DISCOMs.

- Oversee advisory packages, ensuring top-notch quality and meeting deadlines.

- Conduct thorough evaluations of substation performance, analysing electrical and automation aspects, identifying bottlenecks, and suggesting upgrade requirements.

- Perform Power Flow Studies to assess load conditions, voltage stability, and network strengthening recommendations using tools such as ETAP.

- Generate detailed Equipment Condition Reports for critical substation assets, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

- Evaluate PV Plant Feasibility & Performance, analysing generation performance, grid compliance, and integration feasibility.

Responsibilities:

- Act as the main point of contact with the Client and engage with state government officials and DISCOMs.

- Lead project personnel, manage team members, and ensure project deployment within budget.

- Provide timely reporting as per contractual milestones.

Qualifications & Experience:

- University degree in Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. Master’s degree preferred.

- Minimum 10 years of experience in Renewable Energy, with 6 years in Solar Energy and grid integration exposure.

Skills & Competencies:

- Deep technical knowledge of solar PV and distribution grid operations.

- Proven project management expertise with strong stakeholder engagement skills.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities for strategic recommendations.
