Job Description

As a Quality Assurance professional in RCM, your role will involve managing day-to-day activities to ensure the highest levels of quality and performance. You will be responsible for various tasks including leave planning, adhering to quality standard documents, and deploying targets to the team for call monitoring. It will be essential for you to meet deadlines consistently to ensure timely feedback closures for Customer Service Executives (CSEs). Key Responsibilities: - Manage leave planning discussions and plan for upcoming months - Adhere to quality standard documents - Deploy targets and assign CSEs for call monitoring - Ensure daily targets are met and provide timely feedback to CSEs - Conduct ATA (Audit the auditor), call calibration sessions, and provide feedback on errors - Ensure timely closure of tasks mandated by clients - Foster strategic partnerships with stakeholders for continuous improvement - Lead Leadership Call Listening sessions and provide valuable insights - Generate insights from call monitoring and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) - Conduct regular 1-0-1s with team members and engage in people management activities Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of Quality Assurance experience in RCM or 6 months as a Quality Team Leader - Proficiency in End to End RCM processes - Excellent communication skills - Strong analytical and decision-making skills to address challenges - Proficiency in MS Office Tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint As a Full-Time Quality Assurance professional in RCM, you will be based in Pune, India.,
