Qualifications

  • Experience in contact center operations and process optimization
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Knowledge of AI, automation, and technological implementations relevant to contact center services
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proven experience in managing offshore and onshore teams is a plus
